2 green onions, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 package (12 oz) egg roll wrappers
Vegetable oil, for frying
Sweet and sour sauce, for dipping (optional)
