Butterfinger Cheesecake

_Ingredients:

For the Crust:
– 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (about 20 cookies)
– 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

For the Cheesecake Filling:
– 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
– 4 large eggs
– 8 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)

For the Chocolate Ganache:
– 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
– 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
– 2 fun-size Butterfinger candy bars, chopped (for garnish)
