Double Delight Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:
Chocolate Chip Cookie:
– 1 1/3 stick unsalted butter, room temperature
– 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
– 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
– 1 large egg, room temperature
– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
– 1 cup bread flour
– 1 cup + 2 tbsp cake flour
– 3/4 tsp baking soda
– 3/4 tsp baking powder
– 3/4 tsp sea salt
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips (Ghirardelli preferred)

– 1 large egg, room temperature
– 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– 1/3 cup cocoa powder (Ghirardelli preferred)
– 1/2 tsp baking soda
– 1/8 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup chocolate chips (Ghirardelli preferred)
– 1-2 tbsp heavy cream (whole milk or heavy whipping cream substitute)
