Creamy and Cheesy Loaded Scalloped Potatoes!

Ingredients:

4 cups russet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Gruyere cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter and set aside.
