– 1 pound ground beef (or ground turkey)

– 1 cup salsa
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (divided)
– 1/2 cup sour cream
– 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
– Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish, optional)
