Cheesy Taco Dip

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 block 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 package 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups Fiesta Blend cheese or a mix of cheddar and Monterey Jack, shredded
1 can 10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
2 tablespoons taco seasoning homemade or store-bought
Tortilla chips or sliced veggies for serving
