Spaghetti and Spinach with Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce

Ingredients:
8 oz Spaghetti, whole-wheat
5 oz Baby spinach
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1/2 cup Onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained and chopped
1 cup Vegetable or chicken broth, low-sodium
1 tbsp Butter, unsalted
1/2 cup Sour cream
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp Salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp Pepper, ground
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes, optional (for added heat)
